An Apex Certified Personal Trainer is specially trained to help you understand proper food intake by analyzing how many calories your body burns daily, as well as monitoring your protein, carbohydrate and fat intake.

Your personal trainer will also guide you through plateaus — a stage where the body has become efficient at the current exercises and movements. Plateaus usually occur every four to eight weeks.
